Xbox One X. it’s the One you’ve been waiting for (Sofiane’s Editorial)

The technology, craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the new device is simply first class —

Two days ago, I announced that Microsoft finally unveiled its long awaited update to Xbox One hardware during the E3 2017 press conference at Los Angeles. Formally code-named “Scorpio”, The new Xbox One X ( Xbox One with enhanced performances depending to whom you talk) is touted  as the world’s most powerful console.

Microsoft got it right.

The Xbox One X will put Microsoft head to head with Sony’s venerable PlayStation Pro, the 4K version of the current PlayStation 4. It is actually a beast that can compete directly with you gaming rig. The Xbox One X’s $500 price tag to achieve this level of performance on a PC. But you’d still be stuck with the PC’s reliability and complexity problems.

Xbox One X should also be viewed as an Xbox platform improvements that benefit all the fans. Microsoft has completely rewritten the traditional console playbook and now offers a cohesive family of solutions that bridges consoles, Windows 10 PCs, and various online services.

You investment remains fully protected.

For example, with Backward Compatibility, Microsoft has protected your investment in the Xbox platform by bringing forward almost 400 (so far) Xbox 360 game titles to the Xbox One family. And starting this year, you’ll be able to play classic Xbox 360 game titles via Backward Compatibility too. That’s several hundred games, spanning over 16 years and three console generations.

Mark your calendar and save your wallet. The Xbox One X will hit the shelves on November 7th for $499

I can’t wait to buy “One X”
